About the Workforce Planning and Development Assessment 

We invite you to complete a confidential assessment that will help us understand your current workforce practices across the employee lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment to retention, succession planning, and broader strategy.  Your participation will: 

  • Identify strengths and areas for improvement in your workforce planning  
  • Highlight services that may benefit from targeted support 
  • Inform sector-wide strategies by identifying common growth areas and challenges
