Workforce Connections Networking Forums

Connections Networking

Connecting People, Building Partnerships, Driving Innovation.

The Connections Networking Program brings together Tasmania’s education and care sector through two dynamic networking opportunities. Regional Networks focus on building capability and creating space for service leaders to connect, share strategies, and grow together. These sessions provide practical insights and foster collaboration at a local level. The Innovation Network events take a statewide approach, engaging a broader group of stakeholders, including sector leaders, government, training providers, and community organisations, to champion advocacy, co-design solutions, and strengthen partnerships. Together, these networks create a powerful platform for knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and shaping a sustainable future for the sector.

Statewide EYSAC Innovation Network Meetings

The Innovation Network is a collaborative forum designed to bring together leaders from across Tasmania’s education and care sector and beyond. Participants include representatives from government, employment services, training providers, and community organisations, all working together to share insights, explore advocacy strategies, and build strong partnerships. This is a space for networking, problem-solving, and shaping the future of the sector through collective action.

What is a Community of Practice?

A Community of Practice creates a space for professionals to connect, share knowledge, and learn from each other. It fosters collaboration, encourages problem-solving, and builds collective expertise that strengthens practice across the sector. By engaging in ongoing dialogue and exchanging real-world strategies, members develop confidence, capability, and innovative approaches that benefit both their services and the broader community.
