Manager Workforce Initiative

In her current role as Workforce Initiatives Manager, Hannah Kench brings extensive experience in capability development, strategic workforce planning, early years education and operations, and organisational change. As a certified change manager, her work is grounded in strong stakeholder engagement and the development of meaningful partnerships that drive meaningful, sustainable change across the early years and school age care sector.

Hannah is passionate about empowering individuals and teams and leads with a collaborative, strengths-based approach that supports transformation at both the service and sector level.

My name is Emma Waller, and I bring over 15 years of experience in the early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector. I have held a variety of leadership roles, including Room Leader, Educational Leader, Assistant Director, and Service Director, which have provided me with extensive knowledge of quality practice and team development.

I have a deep appreciation for ECEC and a strong interest in creating high-quality learning environments that foster growth, development, and wellbeing for children, families, and educators. My work is guided by a genuine commitment to coaching and mentoring, empowering others through reflection, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.
