We will also explore workforce pathways and retention\, discussing strategies to attract\, develop\, and retain educators while creating clear opportunities for professional growth and career progression across the sector. Participants will have the opportunity to share initiatives\, challenges\, and successes from their own organisations\, contributing to a collaborative discussion about workforce sustainability and the future of the profession. The session will also include an update on the EYSAC Workforce Initiative\, reflecting on progress to date\, highlighting key achievements\, and identifying priorities and next steps as we more into 2027. \nThis is an opportunity to connect with sector leaders\, share ideas\, and contribute to innovative solutions that strengthen Tasmania’s education and care workforce.
